I have spent over 15 years in the car business 10 of those years on the service side of big dealerships. I have sat by watching sales departments do and say anything to sell a car. On the service side, we have to overcome the lies they have been told or explain how the 'free oil change' works. In service we not only take care of the car but we take care of the owner and that's typically why they buy another car at any given dealership, because the service after the sale.
I run the sales side like I ran the service side. I am not hiding anything, I will tell you the truth and earn your trust because I want to see you, your family, and friends 2-3 times a year buying another car from me.
I am new to sales, but not new to customer service.
